In short
There are no accounts. We only ask for your email if you choose to join the Pro waitlist. Your flag list is parsed, classified and turned into notes entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to us.
What stays on your device
Your browser stores your drafts, saved projects, checklist ticks, theme and cookie choice in local storage. Clear your site data to delete them. None of it reaches us.
Analytics and session replay
Only if you accept, we use PostHog (EU-hosted) for usage statistics, error reports and session replay. Events record counts (how many flags, which categories, note length), never flag names, descriptions or your note. All text fields and the note preview are masked in recordings. You can change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Pro waitlist (optional)
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the date you joined and which button you used, in Cloudflare Workers KV. We use it only to email you once when Pro launches. We send nothing before then, there is no newsletter, and we never share or sell it. We do not store your IP address. To be removed, open the waitlist again (any “coming soon” Pro button), enter the same address and choose “remove my email”: it is deleted straight away.
Payments
Nothing is for sale yet. Pro is marked “coming soon”; we process no payments and collect no card details.
